1) INFORMATION AND PRICES
www.cicloscabello.com is reserved the right to make changes to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions at any time. All the prices of the products displayed on the web include VAT. In the event that a customer makes a purchase decision based on a typographical error or beyond our control, we will proceed to notify him of the error and cancel the order.
2) SHIPPING TIMES
The delivery time of 48 to 72 working hours is for 95% of the products on our website, and there may be a slight delay of 5 to 10 days in some sizes or colors of products Mavic , Castelli , Rudy Project or ASSOS , also for bicycles, since availability and delivery time must be requested in advance. Although CICLOS CABELLO will endeavor to send it to you as soon as possible. The Cash on Delivery Expenses will be 2% of the total amount of the order and will be borne by the recipient. Orders will not be accepted through this modality in shipments abroad, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, or in those cases where the order exceeds € 400. In the event that any of the items requested is not available, your order will be processed as soon as possible, informing you of said delay.
3) TRANSPORTATION
Orders are sent with the transport company Correos Express. Shipping to all of Spain and Portugal has a cost of € 7 EUROS VAT INCLUDED. Shipping will be FREE for those orders that exceed € 50, except for the shipment of Bicycles or large volume products to the Balearic Islands that will have a shipping cost of € 15, which will be paid on Cash on Delivery.
The postage of any order that the client wishes to return for reasons other than the poor condition of the product, or to manage a guarantee, will be borne by the client.
4) DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
We will send the Customer their products to the delivery address that appears in their personal data form.
On the website, specifically in the shopping cart, the amount of the shipping costs is indicated before making the purchase.
The delivery time (from 2 to 7 working days) = validation of the payment + preparation of the order + receipt of the package by the employee of the transport company.
You will be informed from the beginning, of the delivery time of the order by the transport company, from the receipt of the e-mail \ "order shipment \" where you will receive your tracking number to see the status of your shipment in every moment. These deadlines are indicated in business days.
We will prepare the product once we have verified that the payment has been correct. We will deliver the product according to the chosen option.

All orders placed after 7:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
The Client undertakes that he or another designated person is at the indicated address to receive the package. In case of not being the first time, the carrier will insist several times. If the order still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, with the consequent return to the Customer of the payment made less the shipping costs or return of the merchandise that will be borne by the Customer.
The Bicycles come out partially assembled and adjusted, however the customer must adjust and retighten the bicycle hardware for proper assembly and operation once received.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All the products offered by Ciclos Cabello SL are guaranteed for 2 years. If the item has a manufacturing defect, it is sent to the manufacturer for evaluation and replacement with another of the same model, in case it is a proven guarantee and it is not possible to supply the same product that you purchased or another of similar characteristics provided that the client accepts, only in that case will the purchased product be paid. The waiting time will vary depending on the management time that the technical service of each brand has, although Ciclos Cabello will endeavor to provide a quick solution or change the product in case of having the same model in stock in our warehouse.
Ciclos Cabello SL undertakes to repair or replace the product with another of the same or the same characteristics if any of its products suffers from a manufacturing defect, taking into account that the final decision corresponds to the manufacturer of the product. In the case of a manufacturing defect, all the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product or the same repaired one, are borne by Ciclos Cabello SL (the transport company must be the same one used by Ciclos Cabello to send you the shipment , and prior express agreement of Cycles Hair).
We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of the product if the returned item does not meet the conditions indicated in our return policy.
The consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity of the product within 7 days of becoming aware of it by email ( info@cicloscabello.com ) that he wishes to make use of the product warranty. In this way, we will organize the collection and replacement or return, if so, in the most suitable way. In the event that the problem of said product is not a guarantee and this is stated by the manufacturer of the product, it will be the consumer who pays the possible additional expenses arising from said return.
RETURNS
In case of return of an order due to change of size, model or color of the product, the return costs will be paid by the consumer, except in those cases in which the proven cause of the return is an original defect. The amount of the collection of the product and new shipment of the other will be € 10 that will be paid on delivery to the delivery agent of the transport agency upon receipt of the new shipment. In the event of a complete return of the order for reasons beyond a manufacturing defect or warranty, the amount of the order will be reimbursed, except for the shipping costs incurred by the delivery and collection of the product (€ 10 for low-volume products and € 40 for shipping in bulky products and bicycles).
To return orders placed online in one of the physical stores of Ciclos Cabello, you must previously communicate the desire to return the order to the email info@cicloscabello.com where you will be notified of the return agreement, serving this email as proof and guarantee of the cancellation of the order. The product will be deposited in the physical store and you will receive a refund of the amount by the online department in the same form of payment in which the order was made, this process can last 24-48 hours. You have 15 days to communicate the intention to make a return or incidents found in your order, after 15 days from receipt of the order, no order returns or changes will be made.
The return of products must always be made in their original packaging without deterioration and the product cannot have been used under any circumstance that denotes that the product has been used. Ciclos Cabello reserves the right to reject a return in case the product does not arrive in the same conditions in which it was delivered to the client or with any notable damage that has not been previously communicated by the client. The client is responsible for the good packaging and protection of the product to prevent it from arriving damaged at the Ciclos Cabello SL facilities.
Products purchased such as underwear, chest transmitter bands, heart rate monitors or watches in general, have been used and / or activated, cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Likewise, products whose security seal of the brand has been opened may not be returned if it is not in the event of a product warranty defect.
