When will I recive my order?

To know the status of your order you must log in, access "My account"> "My purchases" and click on the number of your order to see its details and the estimated delivery date.

The delivery time for each product can be found by clicking on any product on our website, at the bottom right.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, an email will be sent with the tracking number so that you can locate and know where your order is at all times.

You will also have the option of picking up your package at the carrier office in your desired area if you choose the Seur transport option and the office pick-up option if you choose the Correos Express option.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you want to add or change any product of your order, you must contact us through our email to request it.

You can cancel your order, as long as it has not been shipped. To do this, you must fill in the "Cancellation Form" of your user account. If the shipment has already been made and it will not be considered a cancellation but a return.

What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery of my order?

The Client undertakes that he or another designated person is at the indicated address to receive his order.

In case of not being in the first delivery, the carrier will insist several times. If despite this, the order could not be delivered, it will be returned to us, with the consequent return to the Customer of the payment made less the shipping costs or return of the merchandise that will be borne by the Customer.


Can I return a product?

Yes of course! You have a period of 15 days to make a return or exchange from the moment you receive your order.

If you decide that your return is collected at the address you choose, you will not have to print anything, just have the package ready for when they come to pick it up. The time of collection of the product in the address chosen by the client will be 5 working days.

IMPORTANT: The return of products must always be made in their original packaging without deterioration and the product cannot have been used in any circumstance that denotes that the product has been used. (According to art. 102 and 104, of R.D.L. 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.).

In the event of a complete return of the order for reasons beyond a manufacturing defect or warranty, the amount of the order will be reimbursed, to the same account that made the purchase, except for the shipping costs incurred by the shipment and collection of the product ( € 10 on light bulky products and € 40 on bulky products and bicycles).

In case of return of an order due to change of size, model or color of the product, the return costs will be paid by the consumer, except in those cases in which the proven cause of the return is an original defect.

The amount of the product collection and new shipment of the other will be € 10 (for small merchandise), € 40 (for large merchandise and bicycles) that will be paid cash on delivery to the delivery company of the transport agency upon receipt of the new shipment or in case of a complete return, they will be deducted from the final refund of your order.

To make returns of orders placed online, you must fill out the returns form, you will be notified of the conformity of the return, serving this form as proof and guarantee of the cancellation of the order.

Products purchased such as underwear, chest transmitter bands, heart rate monitors or watches in general, have been used and / or activated cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Likewise, products whose brand security seal has been opened may not be returned if it is not in the event of a product warranty defect.

1 - Enter your account and tell us what you want to return

Log in to Ciclos Cabello with your user data and access My account> My orders.

Enter the order you want to return and select the option Return or Change of Size.

Indicate the reason for the return

Select the product (s) you want to return and the units.

Confirm the return and we will send you the information by email.

IMPORTANT: To make a change in size or product, you must place a new order.

2- Print the return confirmation and label

Check your email.

Print the return confirmation that we have sent you. Otherwise, you will have to put a sheet inside the box that includes the order number.

3- Prepare the package

Prepare the items to be returned, without prior use, with their original packaging and labeling.

Use the same package that you have received in your order or a similar one, so that the original packaging is protected and not damaged.

Packing conditions

The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain, as far as possible, its original packaging and labeling. In no case will we accept a product that has been used by the customer or with damaged original packaging.

4 - Include the confirmation inside and stick the return label outside the box

It is important that you close the box well and that you do not forget to add all the documentation to speed up the return process.

You can use the means of transport you want as long as it provides you with a tracking of the package. Keep in mind that the shipping costs will be borne by you so we are not responsible for the costs generated during the transport. We will only refund the returned products when they arrive at our warehouse.

6- Management of the return and refund of the money

Once we receive the return, we will check that everything is correct and we will proceed to pay you the amount of the purchase.

Keep in mind that it can take between 10 and 15 business days (from the shipment of the return to the receipt of the refund).

We will process the payment by the same payment method of the purchase. If you have made a bank transfer, we will need you to provide us with an account number to pay you the amount to be returned.
