Web Designer/Developer
If you have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and WordPress development — both frontend and backend — and would like to work in a fantastic environment and in a growing sector... you are our candidate!
Minimum requirements:
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Advanced knowledge of developing a WordPress theme from scratch.
- Advanced knowledge of developing a WordPress plugin from scratch.
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills in both PHP and JS.
- Responsive and cross-browser web design experience.

Content Writer

What do we need on our team?
Just like cycling, this is a long-distance race — and to keep reaching new goals and achievements, we need to expand our Content team.
We’re looking for someone passionate about sports who enjoys writing technically oriented, SEO-focused content.
Your main mission as a Content Writer will be writing product descriptions for our website, cicloscabello.com, based on technical catalogs or information provided by manufacturers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Gather necessary information for writing product and category descriptions from manufacturers or distributors.
- Write product descriptions (technical specifications, color, size, price, etc.).
- Review and update product information on the website.
Requirements:
- Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, or similar.
- Methodical, precise, and detail-oriented attitude.
- Passion for cycling or sports is a plus.
- Previous experience in online businesses is a plus.

What are we looking for?
At Ciclos Cabello we continue to grow, and we’re expanding our Customer Service team. You’ll handle incoming customer calls to assist with product availability, issue management, exchanges or returns, and make outgoing calls to inform customers about the status of their orders — as well as manage these processes via email.
Requirements:
- Organized and methodical person.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High level of spoken and written English and/or French.
- Experience in selling sports equipment is a plus.
- Positive, proactive, and decision-making attitude.
- Knowledge of administration is a plus.

Digital Marketing Specialist
Are you a Digital Marketing Specialist passionate about new challenges?

What do we need on our team?
Just like cycling, this is a long-distance race — and to keep reaching new goals and achievements, we need to expand our Digital Marketing team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage, execute, and optimize the website and related campaigns.
- Research and create keyword strategies for Google Ads.
- Implement, evaluate, and improve online marketing strategies.
- Measure and analyze the impact of online promotional actions.
- Manage the marketing budget to optimize profitability.
- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns.
- Optimize websites and landing pages.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience as an SEM Specialist in another e-commerce company.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Knowledge of email marketing.
- High level of Excel proficiency.
- Analytical and usability-focused mindset.
- Initiative, involvement, and fast learning ability.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- High level of English and/or French is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Magento, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
