The drawing, continuous in the center and with raised heels on the shoulders, gives it an excellent grip on wet and oily soil. The 1mm anti-prick reinforcement ensures effective protection for everyday use. With a progressive grooving rate, more important on the shoulders, for excellent grip on wet and oily soil. Drawing continuity in the center for better rolling performance.
MICHELIN TR
In the development of its bike covers, Michelin uses two types of hoops, flexible rings (TS) and rigid rings (TR).
Traditional bicycle cover manufacturing uses rigid rings, usually made of steel.
This material is heavier than the aramid fibers used for the manufacture of flexible rings but is much more economical.
Little or nothing used on high performance decks, with the exception of DH (Down Hill or descent) decks.
